Shipping Policies:
We ship out Monday through Saturday from our factory in
Xiamen,China. Once we receive your order we start the party
process! Best part - our ready to ship items usually ship out
within 1 business day! If you're in a time crunch, be sure to
contact us for faster postal transit times.
In the event of a damage or missing items claim, please notify us
within 3 business days of receipt and include photos of the product
and packaging. We are required to have documentation for the post
office. Food/paper products are non-refundable.

Q Can you print our own logos on the products?
A Yes, of course. Custom design is welcomed.
Q What should I do when I want to print my own logo?
A Please send us the original vector files of the logo. Then we
will do artworks accordingly for your approval.
Q Can I get free samples to check the quality?
A Free samples are available. Freight cost is collected.
Q How long is the lead time for samples and trail order?
A Normally stock samples are in 2 days after freight received. 7 to
10 working days for customized samples after design approval. 7-15
days for order without printing after samples approved, 15-25 days
for orders with logo printing.
